Ordering, Shipping & Returns

Thank you for your interest in my art. Please read the important information below regarding purchasing of original art work and prints through my website.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
All standard orders for paintings and cards can be processed through MY SHOP.
All transactions are handled securely through Paypal. You will be able to process your payment using a Paypal account or using a debit or credit card.
All orders for commissions or bulk orders are settled via Paypal invoices, which I will send by email. Payment is expected in 7 days from date of completion of the project and prior to shipping. In some cases I may ask for a deposit to be paid. Payment for deposits are expected before work commences. If you would like me to commission a piece of art for you or give you a quote for a bulk order please contact me.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE
Postage, packaging and insurance charges for UK mainland delivery are included in the listing price and services used are as follows:
- LARGE CANVAS or FRAMED PAINTINGS (over £50 value) – Courier
- SMALL PAINTINGS (under £50 value) – Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class
- CARDS ( standard orders) – Royal Mail Standard First Class
If you require international shipping or a different shipping service than listed above please contact me for a quote. I aim to ship orders in 1-2 working days. Once shipped, I will send you a shipping notification email with tracking number, if applicable. Estimated delivery times are 2-3 working days.
All items are insured for loss and damage up to the total order value. I reserve the right to change the shipping method and service provider.
If you receive your package with damaged items, please contact me by email on firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 business day of receiving your order with the following details in order for me to process an insurance claim through the carrier:
- 1 or more photographs of the damaged item
- date and time of delivery
NOTE: Please keep the entire package as received. The carrier may request to inspect the item.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Once you have received your order, if you are not completely satisfied with it, I am happy for you to return it to me within 7 days of receipt, using the same postage method and insurance used to deliver it to you. Please contact me by email on email@example.com to discuss return.
- A standard postage and packaging fee of £10 is non-refundable.
- If a deposit has been paid, the fee is non-refundable.
- The balance of the payment will be returned once the order items have been received by me in a saleable condition.
